  • Before you write your term paper, you should do an outline on the topic chosen for the scientific paper.  This will assist you in deciding whether or not it is feasible for you to do the term paper on the selected topic. Or, the outline will show you why it is important to choose another topic for the term paper.
  • The Introduction Paragraph should detail what the paper is about, describe the topic, and detail the thesis statement or thesis question.
  • The Body of the term paper should convince the reader why your viewpoint is on point concerning the scientific topic chosen.
  • The Conclusion should restate your thesis statement or thesis question; reiterate the main points of your viewpoint on the scientific topic; and close out your term paper.

If you follow these tips, you will have an “A” term paper on a scientific topic that you choose to write about because it was an interesting topic to you.
